  • Preparation: Thaw in Refrigerator. Cover and refrigerate below 38°F. Once thawed, consume within one to two days. Quick Thaw Method:  immerse the vacuumed pack in cold water for approximately 30 minutes.

  • Cook: Over or Pan-Fry: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place thawed Cod on a baking sheet. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Lightly season cod with olive oil, sea salt and fresh lemon juice prior to placing in oven.
